It has been a long while since I've done a personal post, or a YouTube recommendation! But alas here it is. For those who don't know, I am a HUGE Wong Fu fan - see me rant about me seeing them here. Wong Fu is three Asian boys hailing from Pasadena; Wes, Phil and Ted. They started producing, writing and directing short films when they first met in college and have now become a YouTube sensation; touching hearts worldwide, not unlike this time.

When I first saw the trailer for 'The Last' I didn't know how to take it. I liked it, but didn't know what to expect. When I finally saw the finished product I watched it several more times. It is a beautifully written piece by Phil, who also directed it - just like my other favourite 'Strangers Again'. It features other YouTube sensations such as Kina Granis, who has the most gorgeous voice, but more on her another day.

As I watched it, it wasn't until the resolution that hit me - like most good shorts. As I watched the resolution all I could think of was my partner. This short was able to embody everything he means to me perfectly - and yes, I did link it to him immediately.
